Rianne started working with employer, Camberwell-based BCM scaffolding Services, in 2019. Starting out as a Yard Labourer before going on to complete her CISRS COTS qualification in March 2021, which gave her the chance to periodically help out BCM’s site teams.
After six months of yard work, Rianne came back to SIMIAN to complete her Part 1 Tube and Fitting qualification, which meant that she was then able to work under the supervision of a qualified colleague, and could get involved in the erection and dismantling of basic scaffolding structures.
