At the heart of our strategy is employer engagement. We work with construction employers from across the region to understand their skills requirements and help build a skilled and qualified workforce that meets demand both now and in the years ahead.
Supporting contractors to meet obligations
We also work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to ensure their Section 106 obligations to the London Borough of Waltham Forest are met.
Our approach involves working strategically with developers and their supply chain partners to attract talent, provide upskilling training and assist in fulfilling local planning/contractual obligations.
