With our base in the heart of the London Borough of Waltham Forest, we are dedicated to engaging with and providing benefit to the Waltham Forest community, through a variety of initiatives including pre-employment training, upskilling, employer/community engagement initiatives, and our school and college engagement programme.

Our programmes are accessible to all and start at Entry Level with routes for progression to Level 3 and beyond. LASC learners are also directly contributing to the economic success of both the Borough and the wider London region with 91% of those attending our programmes achieving employment in the construction sector. This high level of success is supported by our schedule of regular LASC job fairs, employer partnership events and our school engagement programme.
