An employee of SE Railways, Makesha wished to expand on her skills and further her career in the construction industry.
She recently undertook a Construction Operatives Training Scheme (COTS) qualification with SIMIAN, completing the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Operatives with an excellent score of 92%.
Speaking of her new qualification, Makesha said:
“I believe SIMIAN can guide me on the right path. I greatly enjoy hands-on jobs so my recently completed COTS qualification will help widen my opportunities to undertake work in the future.
I’d love to challenge myself on scaffolding/roofing and gain additional qualifications with SIMIAN soon.”
