With years of experience under his belt being a labourer on scaffolding sites, he understood that to advance in this industry, formal training was essential. In his pursuit of excellence, Dimitry has chosen to pursue his training at the prestigious SIMIAN LASC.

As with any training course, there were a few barriers that Dimitry had to overcome, particularly with regards to financing the training. However, with SIMIAN LASC dedicated to helping local residents excel in the construction industry, he was able to take advantage of the FREE COTS course available to Waltham Forest residents, with being from the borough himself. This free training has allowed Dimitry to save over £250 on training to advance his scaffolding career.

Dimitry is thrilled to have taken his COTS course at SIMIAN LASC and is pathing the way for a future in scaffolding with plans to gain further qualifications to advance his knowledge.

When asked about SIMIAN LASC, Dimitry has said:

“I have started out well and have a long way to go, but with LASC on my doorstep this is made easier. I really like the facilities here at SIMIAN LASC, they are extremely clean and the people are all welcoming, It is a great facility for us to have in the borough.”
